J. PARK

 J. PARK (朴鍾圭, 1966-) infers and expands the meaning of the world through phenomena of signal and noise that exist within computers. He states that the differentiation between signal and noise is organized according to human values. The worlds of mathematical order[signal], musical order[signal], proportion, bacteria, predictability, constancy, and impartiality are worlds of stability[常]. On the other hand, the worlds of rule-lessness, overflow, confusion, barbarity, and unpredictability are worlds of change[變]. Viewed from a human’s perspective, there only exists an opposition between signal and noise in the world. Thus, PARK suggests as follows.
