Ekrem Yalçındağ

Ekrem Yalçındağ was born in 1964 in Türkiye and currently lives and works in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Istanbul. After studying art at Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir, Türkiye, he studied under Hermann Nitsch and Thomas Bayrle at the Städelschule in Frankfurt from 1994 to 1999. His works have been exhibited at internationally renowned institutions, including Kunstforum Wien (Vienna), Museum Istanbul Modern (Istanbul), Museum Haus Konstruktiv (Zurich), Kunsthalle Bremerhaven (Bremerhaven), and Sevil Dolmaci Gallery (Istanbul). His works form part of major public collections such as the Dresden State Art Collections (Dresden, Germany), Museum Istanbul Modern (Istanbul, Türkiye), Kunstmuseum Stuttgart (Stuttgart, Germany), and Museum Haus Konstruktiv (Zurich, Switzerland).
