Seomjingang, a Thousand Miles’ Journey along the Brush Seomjingang. Our 212.3 km-long mentality which originates from Palgongsanin Baegun-myeon, Jinan-gun, Jeollabuk-do and flows into Gwangyangman, Namhae. Moon Bong-suntrod all along the river. Walking along the way he used to grasp the generosity of the river in his sketchbook when the river looks at him with easy and friendly disposition; and he also used to put the shyness of it between the leaves of the sketchbook when the river shrinks away like a gaze of a timid girl. Thus he drew with his feet, body, and heart. Seomjingang. Flowing along the river, Moon Bong-sun made our heart flow with his brush as the moon floats across the sea of clouds. So magnanimously and so intimately and so windingly, his brush spread our sentiments meandering, just like the river.
