In 2014, HWANG Sue Yon held her first solo exhibition, In Your Pocket In Your Word, at Gallery AG (Seoul). She has held solo exhibitions at Kumbo Museum of Art (Seoul), Dimensionvariable Space (Seoul), Doosan Gallery (Seoul, New York). She also participated in group exhibitions held at National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (Gwacheon, Korea), Kumho Museum of Art (Seoul), SeMA Bunker (Seoul), etc. HWANG has participated in residency programs at Gumho Art Studio (Seoul), Seoul Art Space Geumcheon (Seoul), and DOOSAN Residency (New York). She is currently living and working in Seoul.
