Hakgojae Gallery proudly presents PREVIEW, a group exhibition of artists represented at the gallery, on view from July 26th (Fri) to September 8th (Sun), 2019. This exhibition is an attempt to look ahead the next generation of Hakgojae Gallery, and strengthen its bedrock. The exhibition consists of works by young artists who have formed unique oeuvres based on their distinct personalities. The exhibition presents works by 6 represented artists including KIM Hyunsik (b. 1965, Korea), PARK Gwangsoo (b. 1984, Korea), LEE Woosung (b. 1983, Korea), JANG Jaemin (b. 1984, Korea), Tom ANHOLT (b. 1987, U.K.), Tim EITEL (b. 1971, Germany), in Space 2.

Works by emblematic artists represented at Hakgojae Gallery, KIM Hyunsik, LEE Woosung, and Tim EITEL were selected. These artists have held successful solo exhibitions at Hakgojae Gallery over the past two years, and are receiving great attention from the Korean and global art world. The exhibition extends its diversity by presenting works by prospects of the next generation, Tom ANHOLT, PARK Gwangsoo, and JANG Jaemin. Tom ANHOLT recently held his first solo exhibition in Asia at Hakgojae Cheongdam last May, and received exceptional reviews. PARK Gwangsoo is in preparation for his upcoming solo exhibition in December at Hakgojae Gallery, and JANG Jaemin is scheduled for his solo exhibition at the gallery as well. This exhibition will be a significant place where the future of Hakgojae Gallery may be foreseen, through the harmony the oeuvres of the 6 artists create.
